Synopsis

Lost and Found LTD. recounts the story of our unnamed narrator who finds himself on the edge of the river Thames in the middle of a tumultuous storm. There, on the edge of the water, he stumbles upon a meeting between two eldritch beings.

The city’s million new pipes and gutters formed an ever-growing spiderweb. Coiled at its centre, the thing in the river churned and gorged itself on rain. Amid a shingle of empty cans and mud-caked shopping trollies, its jaws stretched wide, gorging on countless lesser streams buried by the city. In some distant part of my mind I named it, Thames, and in the rustle of empty crisp packets on the wind, I heard my own name echo back to me.
